Data export problem with data2geotiff

Hi,
I have a problem when exporting geocoded differential interferograms using data2geotiff. Incidentally, data2geotiff works fine with raster image (QGIS_Screenshot_geotiff_src_bmp.png) but not with the original binary, diff (fcomplex) format (QGIS_Screenshot_geotiff_src_fcomplx.png).

Commands I have used to generate the Geotiffs:

data2geotiff for Raster image
data2geotiff geo/EQA.dem_par EQA.20160609_20160703.diff_geo.bmp 0 EQA.20160609_20160703.diff_geo.tif

data2geotiff for binary fcomplex geocoded diff
data2geotiff geo/EQA.dem_par EQA.20160609_20160703.diff_geo 4 EQA.20160609_20160703.diff_geo.tif
